Qolanut helps you run your business: sales, invoices, expenses, stock and your team. This policy explains what we keep and why.
What we collect
- Your phone number and a PIN (stored encrypted) so you can sign in.
- Business details you enter: name, country, currency, logo, address, phone and registration number.
- Records you create: items, sales, invoices, customer names and phone numbers, expenses and suppliers.
- Teammates you invite and the areas they can open.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: show your figures, build invoices, receipts and reports, and keep your team's access correct. We do not sell your data or show ads.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. When you use Qolanut without internet, records are kept on your phone until they can be sent.
Sharing
We share data only with the people you choose: your teammates, and customers you send invoices or receipts to (for example via WhatsApp). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and, if you are the owner, your business and all its records. You can also ask us through the contact page.
